THE SOLARYS CONCEPT
As a creator of solar protection systems, Solarys
will conduct a needs analysis, design a structure, test the technical
feasibility, develop the assembly elements and mass produce your
project.
SOLARYS SYSTEME provides
a wide range of extruded aluminium shading devices organised into
various groups:
Monobloc aerofoil slats
Compound aerofoil
slats
Compound semi-elliptic
slats
Shutter or overlay
slats
Special slats
Vents
Thanks to the intrinsic qualities of the alloy used
(6060T5), all products are resistant and unaffected by climatic
conditions. Specific treatments, like anodisation and thermo-lacquering,
ensure a perfect finish with a 10-year guarantee (QUALICOAT, QUALANOD,
EURAS labels).
Moreover, to ensure flexible installation, we provide a wide variety
of accessories and couplings that can be adapted to all our devices.
To optimise installation, we offer motorised mobile systems that
enable the slats to be tilted at an angle of between 0 and 90°
of the façade.
All assembly options, including horizontal, vertical and oblique
mounting, are available.
The measurements of all our shading devices are in compliance with
the regulations in force with regard to snow and wind (Regulation
AFNOR DTU P06.002).
Tables showing the maximum dimensions of each shading device are
provided for indicative purposes. These dimensions have been calculated
based on a deformation limited to 1/100 under the effect of maximum
wind, between two simple supports, and in accordance with wind areas
2 (including area 1) and 4 (including area 3).
These calculation hypotheses facilitate the selection of slats for
simple configurations and coupling systems, but do not provide for
every scenario.
A more detailed analysis can be conducted for more challenging cases
in order to determine the appropriate fastening systems to meet
your project needs.

Note:
The measurement table provides for a flat slat
(0°) situated on an unprotected edge of a roof, at the least
favourable angle, that is, 90°, to take the weight of the snow
and very exposed location into account.
